​REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Your workshop registration includes attendance to all the sessions, presentation materials, handouts and catering for the day (arrival tea & coffee, morning & afternoon tea and lunch). This does not include travel and accommodation.
2) Once we receive your registration details, a 7-day Tax Invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Your registration to the workshop is not confirmed until payment is received. You can pay by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). 
3) To avail of the early registration discounts, your registration must be received before the specified deadlines (and payment received after 7 days). Otherwise, the higher or standard rate would apply. 
4) You can transfer your registration anytime at no extra cost. If you wish to send a substitute delegate, please let us know in writing at least 1 week before the event.
5) Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, we require that you put this in writing at least 4 weeks before the event - to receive a full refund (less $100 admin fee). Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds if you cancel within 4 weeks of the event.
6) For circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or make changes to the agenda. Dream Pages will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the changes, rescheduling or cancellation of the event.
7) If we decide to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule and you are unable make the new dates (and cannot send a substitute delegate), you will receive a full refund.
