Cisco Live Melbourne 2019

Cisco Live is Cisco’s annual customer and partner conference where you will build the foundation for your digital future.
  • Developed the broadcast strategy and content across APJC countries to enhance the digital experience and engagement of Cisco Live Melbourne 2019
  • Produced the broadcast agenda with 28+ sessions streamed live across 8 websites and 8 social handles in 14 APJC countries plus translated in in 4 languages
  • Planned and executed the pre, during and post-event marketing campaigns
  • Worked with digital, event, social media and Cisco TV teams in APJC to deliver the Cisco Live digital broadcast
  • Achieved over 2.5 million online views over the 2 days of broadcast

  • Developed the Content Strategy for the main company  website. This included creating the company story (messaging framework), understanding target market (creating buyer personas), and doing a content audit (and mapping content to buying stages to identify gaps)
  • Content Development & Integration: Produced the web content (also improved on existing content), integrated the new messaging framework in each piece of content, optimised all content pages for SEO/Search, and developed the Information Architecture for the website
